As the Founder of RCP Digital Limited Colum comes with over 20 years’ experience of front-line fee earning in the local sphere of litigation, a board member of multiple successful companies which have all gone through their own period of business change. Mr Smith also has a history of revolutionising company’s profit structure.
Paul comes from a Finance background where he successfully managed operational finance teams before transferring to a role in Innovation and Change Management. Paul has been at the forefront of the transformational digital revolution at the Law Firms within the AIIC Group. He has delivered a number of technical solutions including AI that help to deliver efficiency and drive profitability.
Jamie forms an integral part of RCP Digitals methodology and allows the team to convey the appropriate information to the target organisation. Jamie has the ability, through use of the case management system and collaboration with the finance team, to produce reports which include billing figures, searches revenue, file openings, budget forecasts etc. Such reports can be specific to the organisation as a whole but also to an individual fee earner as required.
As the Founder of RCP, Colum is a serial entrepreneur, leader in risk and change management bringing over 20 years’ commercial and legal sector experience. This extensive experience comes through multiple business successes, including as CEO of a Top 100 law firm. Colum has a proven track record of revolutionising companies’ profit structures and performance.
Paul is the bridge between strategy, technology, process and finance. With expertise built upon the core of operations and finance, transferring to a role in Innovation and Change Management, Paul has been at the forefront of the transformational digital revolution at the Law Firms within the AIIC Group. With oversight and depth of functional application across disciplines, Paul guides the delivery of technical solutions including AI that help to deliver efficiency and drive profitability.
Jamie is an integral part of RCP’s methodology, empowering our teams with knowledge sharing and management, project process implementation, and leads the project delivery team. Within this Jamie focuses upon the analysis and reporting of business and finance functionality.
Josh became part of RCP Innovation having moved from fee earning and acts as the innovation bridge between concepts and front line services. Working closely with our Head of Risk, Josh is critical to the implementation of our change management strategies, bringing with him a depth of energy and frontline legal experience. Josh applies all aspects of change to business by becoming integral and embedded into client infrastructure.
Rob’s function is to drive the innovation of risk management in the legal sector. Built upon a unique foundation of regulatory and risk management, combined with a practical knowledge and implementation capabilities, Rob converts change management into commercial application. Rob brings foresight to proposed changes to business infrastructure and process to ensure the challenges which may ordinarily occur are avoided.
As a business analyst and data expert, Ekaterina leads our systems and data teams to evaluate client business performance and predict change outcomes. Ekaterina brings commercial foresight into view, enabling us to forecast the benefit of the performance outcomes from our change programs.
